Blind Spot Warning

Blind Spot Warning (BSW)

Blind Spot Warning (BSW) is a safety feature designed to enhance driver awareness and reduce the risk of accidents. Using sensors or cameras mounted on the rear of the vehicle, the system monitors adjacent lanes for other vehicles that may be outside the driver’s field of vision. When a vehicle is detected in the blind spot, the system alerts the driver through visual and/or auditory signals, often using lights on the side mirrors or instrument cluster. This technology is particularly useful during lane changes, helping to prevent collisions and improve overall road safety.
